It is with a heavy heart, we share the loss of our little girl, Giulia Montserrat Hernandez Silva.

Giulia was an adored daughter, sister, granddaughter and niece, she was an inspiration of resilience and strength. She brought happiness, love and bravery to her family, showing us all through her smiles and laughter how strong she was through out her battle with cancer and multiple medical conditions. She amazed doctors and nurses with her willingness to fight thru many procedures. She definitely left her mark on all of us and everyone who helped her at UCLA Hospital.

Giulia, you will forever be in our hearts. We will miss you so much, may you rest in peace baby. We love you so much.
