In September 2026, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. Evelyn De Sa passed away at just 36 years old after battling Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, leaving behind her husband, Trung, and their two precious little boys, Tomas and Luis.

Tomas is only 3 years old, and Luis is just 10 months old.

At an age when these boys should have a lifetime of memories ahead with their mom, they are now growing up without the woman who loved them more than anything. Evelyn was the heart of their family—the love of Trung’s life, a devoted mother, and someone whose absence can never truly be filled.

As Trung begins the incredibly difficult journey of navigating life without Evelyn while raising their two young sons, so many of us have asked, “What can we do?”

This fundraiser is one way we can surround this family with love and practical support.

We are raising funds specifically to help provide for Tomas and Luis and invest in their future. The money raised can help ease some of the financial burden Trung now carries alone and provide support for the boys as they grow—whether that means childcare, education, and everyday needs as he adjusts to being the working sole parent of two very young children.

No amount of money can replace Evelyn. Nothing can take away the grief of losing a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a friend far too soon.
