On July 25, 2025, we lost a beautiful soul — Emily Valdez, a loving mother, a devoted girlfriend, daughter and cherished friend. Her passing has left a deep void in the hearts of everyone who knew her. She was the kind of person who lit up a room, loved fiercely, and put her family above all else!

She leaves behind her soulmate of 13 years Zach, and their 13-year-old daughter, Kaylee, who are now adjusting to life without her steady presence and love.

This GoFundMe has been created by friends and family who have asked how they can help during this time. While nothing can fill the space she left behind, we hope to ease some of the burdens that come with such a sudden loss. Contributions will go toward helping support Zach and Kaylee as they move forward — including day-to-day needs, school support, and anything else to help them through the grieving process.
