The sudden and unexpected passing of our mother, Diane Wall Ortiz, has left our family still trying to process this profound loss. As we navigate our grief, we are also facing the unexpected financial responsibilities and mounting debts that come with laying a loved one to rest, while honoring her life in a way that reflects the love she gave so freely.
