<div>Message from the family:

</div>

<div>The sudden and unexpected passing of our mother, Diane Wall Ortiz, has left our family still trying to process this profound loss. As we navigate our grief, we are also facing the unexpected financial responsibilities and mounting debts that come with laying a loved one to rest, while honoring her life in a way that reflects the love she gave so freely.

</div>

<div>We are humbly asking for support to help cover these expenses. Any contribution, no matter the amount, helps ease this burden and allows us to focus on healing and remembering her. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers means so much to us.

</div>

<div>Our mother was truly one of a kind — gentle, loving, strong, and incredibly resilient. She was the type of person who would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. No matter what life placed in front of her, she faced it with courage and determination. She carried herself with quiet strength and always put others before herself.

</div>

<div>She was our mother, but she was also a mom to many. Many people found comfort, guidance, and unconditional love in her presence. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and cared for.

</div>

<div>She was the heart of our family and a proud, devoted grandmother. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy, and the love she poured into them will live on forever. Her strength, warmth, and generosity shaped all of us in ways we will carry for the rest of our lives.

</div>

<div>She raised her daughters to always stick together, and she often reminded us that when times get tough, the tough get going. Those words are carrying us now more than ever. We are leaning on one another and honoring her by standing strong, just as she taught us.

</div>

<div>Her legacy of strength and kindness will never fade.
