Honoring Darlene: Help Ease Family Burdens

My dear mother, Darlene DeHart, passed away Oct. 3rd after a battle with covid. She fought hard but her body was overcome. I am left with a great void in my life, and I also find myself burdened with great expenses.

It pains me to ask for help but what is still owed to mom's nursing facility, as well as the costs of her burial arrangements, are more than I can handle. As well, I suffered a concussion a month ago and between that and time spent at my mothers side I was hardly able to work for a month. No work means no money coming in. And on top of it all there have been large unexpected vet bills.

The total owed is far more than the 5k I have set as my fundraising goal but I hope this amount will be enough to allow me to get it under control.

I humbly ask, if you can find it in your heart and your budget, please give whatever amount you can in memory of my mother Darlene. Thank you.
