Many people have asked what they could do or offer us. We are hanging in there. What I would love, however, is to start a fund for the residents of Western Heights, the place my dad has called home since 2012. They have a community room that hosts activities for the residents such as Bingo, potlucks, etc.

With funds in honor of my dad, we can help replenish their bingo prizes, buy new puzzles, refresh holiday decor, supply treats, and get the residents a monthly meal/potluck together. My father LOVED this place and the people in this building have become family.

I truly believe that this place and the people in it helped keep my dad alive and happy for the past years. He had friends and a reason to wake up every day. He had community. Everyone here always checks on everyone and they are all so very kind.
