My name is Claire Neubaum, daughter of Christopher and Elisabeth Sutter. I am creating this gofundme on behalf of my dear Mom.

My Dad recently passed away suddenly. He had Alzheimer’s and suffered a brain bleed last week, which he did not recover from.

My Dad was one to always care for others first. He was a full time dad and took care of me and my three siblings. He was the kindest person you’d meet. He loved his family, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Minnesota Vikings football, listening to music (Parliament Funkadelic and Stevie Wonder were top favorites), quality time with loved ones, and he absolutely adored taking care of kids.

I am hoping to raise money to cover his hospital stay and cremation costs for my Mom. She is a dedicated, caring, and supremely loving matriarch of our family.

My Dad was a wordsmith with an exquisite sense of humor. Some of my fondest memories of him include dancing to “It Takes Two” at my wedding and him surprising me by dropping it low, watching him care for my Mom and siblings throughout my life in so many ways, and more recently, practicing a flash dance together with Free Mom Hugs in preparation for the Frederick Pride Parade.
