Honoring Cheryl Warren & Supporting Ashton Family
Donation protected
We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our dear Cheryl Warren. She touched so many lives as a dedicated mother, partner, daughter, sister, and a friend. In March 2020, Cheryl was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, a rare type of cancer which begins as a growth of cells that can multiply quickly and destroy healthy tissues. Cheryl fought a hard battle for almost 4 years, undergoing lung removal surgery, chemotherapy, etc. On January 31, 2024 at 4:35 am, Cheryl passed away peacefully at age 34. She left behind an immense void in the lives of her 23-month-old daughter, Jazula, partner, Justin Ashton, and countless loved ones.
Cheryl's warmth and vibrant spirit illuminated the lives of all who knew her. Her friendly, humorous, and inspirational personality was a beacon of positivity. As a graduate of the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD), Cheryl returned to serve the deaf community as a dedicated Social Emotional Learning specialist, radiating positive vibes throughout the campus. Her legacy lives on in her daughter, Jazula, who carries Cheryl's torch as a student at TSD.
In this difficult time, the community seeks to support the Ashton family. While there are many ways to express our love and care, we understand that some may wish to offer financial assistance. This crowdfunding page has been established for those who choose to contribute in Cheryl's memory.
Every donation, big or small, will provide much-needed comfort and support to Jazula and Justin,(single father) during this challenging period. Your generosity will honor Cheryl's spirit and the positive impact she made on our lives.
We thank you for all your love and support for the Ashton family during this difficult time. Feel free to share this GoFundMe link with anyone looking for ways to give.
With heartfelt gratitude,
