Dear LFC community,

Our beloved teacher and colleague, Catherine Meillon Lynch, passed away on August 3, 2024 at the age of 53, following a long illness against which she fought so courageously for almost two years.

Catherine had been an outstanding teacher at the Lycée since 2003. Her passion for her profession, her love for her students and her always cheerful energy earned her the respect and admiration of all.

Catherine is survived by her cherished family, her daughter Nina, 14, and her husband Daniel.

At the request of many of you and in loving memory of Catherine, we set up a GoFundMe to uplift and support her daughter when she graduates from LFC.
