Our hearts are broken as we share the passing of Al Greene at just 47 years old. Al was a devoted father whose greatest pride and joy were his three children—Cody (15), Ava (17), and Tia (20). His sudden loss has left an unimaginable void in their lives as they navigate not only the deep emotional pain of losing their father, but also the unexpected financial challenges that accompany such a tragedy.

Al gave so much to our community. He dedicated countless hours coaching Little League softball and Lincoln Youth Football, always showing up at the field with a smile on his face and a willingness to help wherever he was needed. His presence, kindness, and commitment touched the lives of so many families. To know Al was to Love Al.

This GoFundMe was created by Sonya Chrysler, a close family friend, to help ease the financial burden facing Al’s children during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will assist with immediate expenses and help provide some stability as they move forward. Anyone who knows this family knows how much they give to others—they are always the first to show up, the first to help, and the last to ask for anything in return. Now, they need us.
