Honor Shelby & Ava: Support Local Shelters

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted animal lovers,

My name is Marisha Jenson, and I’m writing this with a heart full of both sadness and deep gratitude. Recently, I said goodbye to two of the greatest blessings in my life—my beloved dogs, Shelby and Ava.

Shelby and Ava weren’t just pets. They were my companions, protectors, comedians, and constant sources of love through every season of life. They offered me unconditional loyalty, joy, and comfort in ways I could never fully put into words. They were each other’s best friend too—two beautiful souls who filled my home with warmth, laughter, and a love that felt endless.

As I planned their Celebration of Life, I realized the most powerful way to honor their memory is to give back—to continue their legacy of love by helping animals who still need a chance at the life Shelby and Ava were blessed with.

I’ve created this GoFundMe in memory of my girls to raise donations for local animal shelters and rescue organizations in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. 100% of the proceeds will go toward:

• Providing food, blankets, and toys for shelter pets

• Supporting medical care and vaccinations for rescue animals

• Funding spay/neuter programs to reduce suffering

• Offering second chances to homeless and abused animals

Shelby and Ava taught me that every animal deserves to be seen, loved, and safe. With your help, their spirit can continue to touch the lives of other animals and the people who will love them.
