Honor Gary: Support His Family

For those of you who knew Gary, you know that his family was the absolute center of his world. He lived each day dedicated to creating a legacy for his pride and joy, his boys Connor and Levi. Gary worked tirelessly to build an excavating business, a family farm, and a career as a volunteer firefighter, all with the hope that his boys would one day reflect and be immensely proud of the man their father was.

Tragically, that day has come much sooner than anyone could have imagined. Gary sustained a traumatic brain injury and required a four-month hospital stay for treatment. During this difficult time, Nikki had to take leave from work to coordinate Gary's care, advocate for his treatment, and support their boys through this challenging period. She has been tirelessly working to maintain stability for Connor and Levi, ensuring they can still attend their hockey practices, games, and tournaments throughout the year.

We are launching this fundraiser to help Gary's family through this incredibly tough time. Our goal is to ease the financial burden of funeral expenses, lost income, and ongoing living costs. By raising these funds, we hope to allow Nikki and the boys to live comfortably and ensure that Connor and Levi can continue playing the sport that connects them to their father. Hockey has become their passion, and playing goalie just like their dad helps them feel close to him.
