Dylan George Cate was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud servant of his country. He spent 13 honorable years with the esteemed 75th Ranger Regiment where he served in various leadership positions on multiple combat deployments in support of the global war on terror. Upon retiring from the U.S. Army, Dylan continued his service to our nation at the Virginia Military Institute.

Tragically, on the morning of April 16th, 2025, Dylan passed away from a heart attack. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lindsey, and their two children, Addie and Kaiden.

This fundraiser has been created to support the Cate family during this incredibly difficult time and to help ease the financial burden as they navigate the many challenges that follow such an unexpected loss. Dylan selflessly served our nation, let us come together and serve his family.
