Memorial Bench Fund

We are raising funds to dedicate a memorial bench in honor of David Piechocki, a beloved son, friend, teammate, and proud graduate of Kalkaska High School’s Class of 2023.

David was a bright light in the Kalkaska community. He proudly represented the Kalkaska Blazers, participating in multiple sports and always bringing energy, dedication, and a strong sense of team spirit. He was known for his kindness, strength, and the way he connected with everyone around him.

To celebrate his life and legacy, we are working with Rapid City Elementary School to place a bench on its grounds. In this peaceful place, family, friends, and all who’ve been touched by epilepsy can reflect, remember, and heal.

This bench will serve as a lasting tribute to David’s spirit and the love he shared with his community. Your contribution will help cover the cost of the bench, plaque, and any installation expenses. Any additional funds will be donated to epilepsy awareness and support initiatives in David’s name.
