Honoring Ciarra’s Legacy — Supporting Her Family This Holiday Season
On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 5:05 a.m., our beloved Ciarra peacefully passed away after a courageous battle with cancer — a battle she had been fighting since her son Summit was just ten months old. Throughout her journey, she was surrounded by an extraordinary circle of love, held tightly by her devoted husband Marlin, her family, and her community.
As we navigate this heartbreaking loss, we want to honor Ciarra in a way that reflects the depth of her love, the joy she carried, and the dreams she held for her family. This GoFundMe has three special purposes, each rooted in love, gratitude, and the wishes she expressed shortly before her passing.
1. Fulfilling Ciarra’s Final Holiday Wish — A Family Trip to Hawaii
On November 3, 2025, during a session with an angel channeler and psychic medium, Ciarra shared something deeply meaningful. She spoke about wanting this holiday season to be different — not in sorrow, but in a way that felt super special for her family. When asked what she envisioned, she answered with clarity and hope: “Hawaii.”
Her dream was to take Marlin and Summit on a family vacation to create a memory filled with warmth, beauty, and togetherness. As they face their first Christmas without her, we hope to honor this wish by sending them to Hawaii — a place where they can find comfort, healing, and a sense of her presence.
2. Supporting Summit’s Activities and Growth
Ciarra found endless joy in watching Summit discover the world. She loved signing him up for gymnastics, summer camps, and every opportunity that allowed him to learn, grow, and laugh.
A portion of the funds from this campaign will help continue that tradition — ensuring Summit can participate in the activities his mother cherished for him.
3. Giving Back to the Organization That Supported Ciarra
Throughout Ciarra’s journey, the Small Choices Foundation (https://www.smallchoicesfoundation.org/) provided crucial support to her and her family. They stepped in time and time again with generosity, care, and compassion.
We want to pay that kindness forward by offering donors the option to contribute a portion of this fundraiser to the foundation in Ciarra’s honor — allowing her legacy to support other families walking a similar path.
Celebration of Life
A Celebration of Life will be planned at Ciarra’s home when her flower garden is in full bloom — potentially in early August. Her garden was a reflection of her heart: vibrant, nurturing, and full of beauty.
