Honduras Needs Your Help: Flood Relief for Laure, Valle

Tropical Storm Sara has devastated Honduras, leaving hundreds homeless and in need of urgent assistance. Donate now to provide food, clothes, housing, and medical supplies to those affected. Your generosity can make a real difference.

Who are we:

iMed, a medical student-run organization with 6 years of experience in academic and charity work in Honduras, is preparing to provide on-the-ground assistance to the Laure, Valle community destroyed by devastating floods. We successfully raised nearly $3,000 USD for families in Santa Bárbara after Hurricanes Eta and Iota in 2020. Now we're focusing our efforts on Laure, along with 2 other organizations.

Your donation will directly support buying supplies for the families of Laure:

Emergency items: We will purchase items to make waterproof packs of hygiene products, first-aid supplies, blankets, clothes, and emergency utilities.

Water and Food: We will be coordinating the purchase of clean water sources, non-perishable food items, and cooking utensils.

Safe transportation: We will be coordinating the transportation of a truck to deliver the items and volunteers safely to and from the Laure community.
