Hello! Welcome to HOME. A Place For Youth To Live and Gather. We are a Two Spirit, Indigenous and Queer led new Non Profit in Red Deer, AB. Our mission is to empower and uplift the lives of those facing adversity, particularly at-risk youth who find themselves in precarious living situations. Recognizing the urgent need for safe spaces, we are launching a project to get us a building that will be turned into a shelter and safe spaces for at risk youth.

While we are applying for funding to get these things in place the safety of Trans, Two Spirited, and Queer Youth have hit a boiling point, and we have to work as quickly as possible to get safe shelters in place.

The Challenge:

Red Deer is facing a growing crisis of homelessness among youth, and many find themselves without a stable place to call home. The lack of safe and supportive housing options leaves them vulnerable to exploitation, mental health challenges, and a cycle of instability that hinders their potential.

Your generous contribution will directly fund the acquisition, renovation, and operational costs of this shelter, ensuring that at-risk youth in Red Deer have a place where they can rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
