Latoya, founder of I Am The Rose, has been working closely with youth and unhoused in her community and has witnessed firsthand how many families struggle during the holiday season. Inspired by the desire to bring joy and relief to those who need it most, she is organizing a Holiday Toy Giveaway and Dinner for underprivileged youth and unhoused families. The event will take place in the local park, creating a welcoming space for everyone to gather and celebrate together.

This year, Latoya and her team of volunteers, community based organizations, family and friends aim to support 100 children and families. The event will feature a variety of gifts, including bikes, board games, and gift cards, ensuring that each child receives something special. In addition to the toy giveaway, attendees will enjoy a warm holiday meal with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. To make the day even more festive, a youth band will perform and face painting will be available for the kids.

Every donation will help provide toys, food, and a joyful experience for families who might otherwise go without during the holidays.
