There has been a lot of success in the industry this year, I’ve seen the clips, breakdowns, Q&A’s and I genuinely congratulate you with all I have.

But at the same time, there has been a huge amount of suffering for so many people around the globe, my friends, your friends, our families, colleagues, our community.

For many, this year has been mucha mierda. It’s heartbreaking watching people lose everything.

As I get older, it feels like time speeds up. I feel like I have less time to do things, one of the things I want to do before I kick the bucket is help those who are now in a dark place.

For that, I need your help especially as Christmas is just around the corner.

With all that waffling, I’ll get to the point, I’ve created this little VFX Holiday Micro-Fund to offer discreet help to anyone struggling with rent, groceries, or just making it through the Christmas month.

A small gesture in your local currency, anything between $1–$5 (or your local equivalent) is more than enough. GoFundMe takes care of the currency conversion.

Donations and requests can be anonymous, and no names will ever be made public.

This is simply a gesture of kindness that runs until December 24.
