Holiday Lighting Fundraiser

For the past 8 years a few of us in town have been lighting up the town common in the center of South Deerfield, recently expanding the park to include Deer and snow flake pole decorations as well as exploring the option of lighting up certain buildings through the down town.

Every year there are several costs with lighting up our little village. The cost of the pole decorations last year were several thousands of dollars alone all paid for with local family’s and businesses generous donations. There’s costs for all the greens to fill the whiskey barrels and replace outdated lights. We’re hoping to update the park trees with all LED energy efficient lights and expand the pole decorations.
