’Tis the season of giving, and our Line Instructor team is coming together once again to show our appreciation for the amazing LEAD OPs schedulers who keep our schedules running smoothly all year long. These dedicated individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for our team. Their efforts often go unnoticed, but they are truly the backbone of our operations.


Two years ago, we started this Christmas fund as a way to express our gratitude, and it was a huge success. The joy and appreciation it brought to our schedulers inspired us to continue this tradition. This year, we’re aiming to wrap up contributions by December 13th so we can deliver their gifts before Christmas. Every dollar raised will go directly toward making their season a little brighter and letting them know how much they mean to us.


There is absolutely no pressure to give—anything you choose to contribute is appreciated. Donations will be anonymous, but the schedulers will know the gift comes from our Line Instructor team.
