The skilled nursing facility I am raising funds for cares for geriatric psychiatric patients, all of whom are older and in need of support. As the holidays approach, I am hoping to make this season a little brighter for these residents. Many of them have minimal family or outside support, and their only connection is with the dedicated mental health department that cares for them every day.
