Holiday Fundraiser for Villagers in Nepal

Last year we were able to raise 100% of the necessary funds to provide warm clothing, medical supplies and school books to remote mountain villages in Nepal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Winter is back in Nepal, and there’s another opportunity to help those in need this holiday season. Please help me raise funds for the Tipling & Jharlang villages in Nepal.

These villages are located 140km northwest of Kathmandu in Nepal’s hilly region. The villagers must travel long distances by foot to reach facilities due to poor road conditions. The people from this region are mostly descendants of the Tamang ethnic group, and are extremely dependent on local crops like millet & corn. The region also suffers from human trafficking as young girls are forced into early marriages when they’re unable to attend school.

Raised funds will help struggling families by providing basic winter needs like extra blankets, warm clothing & medical supplies. Funds also provide aid to villagers with physical disabilities and sports equipment to the local children’s school.
