Dear 1500 Ocean Drive Residents,

With Thanksgiving and the holiday season approaching, the Board would like to take this moment to recognize the individuals who, throughout the year, make 1500 Ocean Drive such a wonderful place we all call home. Our team’s daily efforts caring for the residents and caring for the building are a key part of the experience and atmosphere that defines our community.

The year 2025 has been a significant chapter for the building, with major modernization and construction initiatives underway. Even with these large-scale projects taking place, our staff has continued to deliver outstanding service and support, managing challenges while maintaining the level of quality our residents expect and deserve.

In line with the tradition from prior years, the Board of Directors is pleased to launch the 2025 Holiday Fund, as a convenient way for our community to express gratitude to the team members who work here every day.

This year’s goal is $55,000 which will be distributed among our employees as well as our contracted valet and security personnel. As in prior years, the General Manager is not included so that contributions are directed entirely to staff.

Every contribution whether large or small has value, and makes a meaningful impact for our team and their families. Distribution will be handled by the Board based on tenure and other appropriate criteria. For convenience, a GoFundMe link has been created for this year’s fund:

If you prefer to donate directly (cash or check), please bring contributions to the Management Office rather than the front desk to ensure secure handling and tracking towards the overall goal.

We kindly request that contributions be made by Wednesday, December 19, 2025 so that distribution can take place before the holiday period.
