I'm going to have to hire a lawyer in NH in addition to my lawyer in Mass.
As some of you know, I have been fighting this case for 7 months. Almost 8 now for Scarlet over something her father did during his time with her in Mass. It was MY well child check that I called in, and I wasn't the first that day. They even knew my name when I called Abington PD, expecting my call because his girlfriends boss called minutes before me after doing everything in my power to avoid this situation. Mass has found me 100 percent in compliance. All hands raised. Scarlet goes with Mom after standard counselling which they require for ALL cases apparently, which I have done. Mass dropped the ball, saying the ICPC process, (home study) was sent to NH. Nope. Wasn't. And when it was it was missing paperwork. Not once, but 4x, which added an extra 4 months to this process in addition to Covid.. Does anyone do their fucking job anymore.. ? So that's out in the open. They finally sent the paperwork to NH. Just got news that NH denied the ICPC process, in home study.. Saying I was out of compliance when CLEARLY I have been in compliance and it was sent from Mass courts and dcyf. Another person passing the buck and negligence. Unreal. Unreal. Meanwhile, Scarlet is dying to be home, having behavioral issues, thousands of appointments including leg braces and eye surgery, speech therapy, every single therapy you could put a child through when she's perfect just the way she is. Anyone who knows her knows she needs none of that. I called child advocacy twice in 6 months to get the help I need for the sake of Scarlet. They ignored my first phone call and the second time which was 3 days ago, they said better off sticking with Dcyf. Sorry. What in the actual fuck is going on here? Does no one care about this child besides me, and that is so evident to every case worker. Mass is pushing for me and yet another road block over someone's lack of diligence. I'm out of work, (good thing I save my money) but I am not RICH. I have to hire a lawyer and bring this shit to the ground. I take care of so many other people it's insane and I never expect a thing back. This is going to cost a lot of money and I'm sure someone will push a lawsuit (won't be me) but many people are saying this case is deserving. I'm a prideful person but at this point I want to know people's opinions on me starting a gofundme page, BRING SCARLET HOME. She is being put through HELL and so am I, and Yukon and Aislynn. This case has been hacked with bullshit from day ONE and twisted and lied about and everything else you can thinking that would blow your mind. I'm not going to snap, but boy don't I wish I would. Jerks. Unfathomable. Dcyf Mass is scratching their heads as to why, NH would or could do that, it's unheard of. All the documents are in favor of me, being in compliance.. And have been jumping through hoops on no sleep since the beginning. Haven't missed a thing. Thanks for listening. The systems in America.. Need an overhaul. ❤
