Help Save my Uncle’s House!

Hi everyone. I could really use your help. This is my uncle Grahams house. He's 40 years old now, but at 8 yrs old, he was diagnosed with a life threatening brain tumor that changed his future by compromising the pituitary gland in his brain for the rest of his life. After 3 surgeries his life was saved, but he did have some disabilities from the process. He has slight cognitive, anxiety and processing issues. My grandmother (my Nana, my mom’s mom) was his guidance, but she passed away at the end of 2022, leaving him to navigate through life skills on his own for the first time. She left him ownership of the house he lived with her half of his life. Everything was fine until recently, when The payments for it were raised by 40% this January. Through no fault of his own, We did not find this out until there was a significant balance. So now, I am asking for your help to raise 3,902.16 by 6/17/2024 to save his home from getting foreclosed. We have a future plan in place to give him the guidance that he needs to get through home ownership and to increase financial support. But we would really appreciate any help we can get to save his home and to secure his future
