Ohana Relief Maui
Donation protected
Pono Support Hawaii. Aloha
The devastation in Lahaina and West Maui is tremendous. Our Islands and our people are heartbroken. Maui lost homes, businesses, and lives. We lost family and history. I am a Phillips and Laamea of Hawaiian lineage. As a Hawaiian woman with deep roots and heritage, I ask for anything to lessen the burden and lift the hearts of my people, my Ohana. If can, can.
My heart bleeds for my people and weighs heavy on all of Hawaii. Our culture is Aloha, which is love. It is Ohana, which is family. It is Pono, which is righteousness. We are strong together and with time, after many tears, we can and will rebuild and stand tall again.
Donations collected will go directly to Hawaiian family’s that now have to start all over. My Ohana now living in shelters with nothing and nowhere to go. My Ohana grieving for our loved ones, some still missing. Everything is something and just a little will mean so much to them and me. My Hawaiian heritage links all our islands together that is Hawaii. When a Hawaiian tells you they are related to everyone on the islands, we really are related to everyone on the islands
Spreading Aloha the only way I know how. Like my Ohana has taught me, and my ancestors gave me, love and doing what in my heart is righteous.
Thank you for taking the time to read my page. I am hopeful for Hawaii, we have faced tragedy countless times and have been able to come back even stronger.
Maui in our prayers and Hawaii on our minds and in our hearts.
