Hi, My name is Mirta Rivera I’m asking to raise money to hire the best Criminal Attorney In Virginia Beach as my son Jonathan Bousted 17 years old is currently in custody for alleged Criminal Activity and is being held in the juvenile detention center. My goal is to fight this case and I won’t stop until my son is home. Overall he IS in fact a good kid, who stays out of trouble. who works two jobs, currently working on getting his GED and takes care of his responsibilities and his daughter. He does not have any prior charges and that is because he has never been in trouble with the law ever. He is kind, caring, loving and giving. He is the best son, brother, and even better father and I believe this is a mistaken identity, a set up and he is just not capable of doing any of the allegations that are being held against him.
