Hilton Northampton: Cameron's Companions 100 mile challenge!

The Management Team at Hilton Northampton are raising funds for Cameron's Companions by each committing to walk, run or cycle a whopping 100 miles in May!

Our Current target is set at 800 Miles and £1000.

Cameron's Companions believe that nobody should feel alone, and supports Men struggling with anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts.

It offers fast access to a choice counselling and support , a caring listening ear, minimal waiting times, no charge and no need for a GP referral.

Depression does not always show on the outside.
