Bob and Judy Hill spent their lives working and retired to Major County, Oklahoma to raise horses and be grandparents.  They worked for years trying to get the government to determine their property's flood rating to no avail.  Without classification, the insurance company refused to let them buy flood insurance.  On Wednesday, an unknown natural occurrence allowed the nearby river to overflow onto several properties in the area.  Their home was under four to five feet of water and is a total loss.  Now in their mid-70s, rebuilding will be nearly impossible and funds are extremely limited.   We would like to ask for donations to help with their living expenses and to begin the restoration process.
