Mid Ulster Hiking supporting local mental health charities - ALPS (All Lives Are Precious), S.T.E.P.S. Suicide Prevention Charity, and Solas Wellbeing.
Hike for Hope is a community sunrise hike taking place on 26th April on Slieve Gallion, bringing people together to raise awareness and vital funds for three incredible local suicide prevention and mental health charities in the Mid Ulster area: ALPS (All Lives Are Precious), S.T.E.P.S. Suicide Prevention Charity, and Solas Wellbeing.
We will be hiking to the summit of Slieve Gallion before sunrise, standing together as the sun rises as a symbol of hope, support, and community. Every step taken on this hike represents the importance of looking after our mental health, supporting one another, and reminding people that they are not alone.
Mental health struggles affect so many individuals and families in our communities. The organisations we are supporting provide essential services including counselling, crisis support, community programmes, and safe spaces for those who need help.
By supporting Hike for Hope, you are helping these charities continue their life-changing work and ensuring that support remains available for people across Mid Ulster.
Together, we can raise awareness, start important conversations, and bring hope to those who need it most.
Thank you for supporting this important cause.
