High risk birth on Oahu

Our family will be welcoming a special little spirit into our lives this April. Our daughter has two holes in her heart and she also has Down Syndrome. For this reason, our doctors are asking us to give birth on Oahu rather than Maui. Maui’s medical system is not equipped to handle anything other than routine births.
This will require that I live on Oahu from April 2nd until I give birth. Our baby’s due date is April 23rd. Nick and the kids will fly back and forth several times to be with me on weekends.
We need to rent an apartment and a car for the month, pay for the kids and Nick’s flights, pay our doula’s fee and flight from Maui and we are hoping to cover living expenses on Maui for the month of April so our family can concentrate on our baby and her needs.
We may decide to stay at the Ronald McDonald house which is free or up to $20/ night but requires that an adult be with me in order to help me when I go into labor. So in that case we will need to arrange and buy flights for people for one week or so shifts to come stay with me on Oahu.
