Dear: Dear Donors and Philanthropists near and far. My name is Hien, (Coco), owner of Hien Coco Homestay and Restaurant.
In recent weeks, the beloved Central region - especially Hoi An city - has had to struggle to cope with an historic flood, causing many families to fall into difficult situations, losing both material and spiritual things. In that situation, your kindness has spread like a warm fire in the stormy season.
Thanks to your joint efforts, we have received your help and donations to promptly overcome the consequences caused by the flood. Each donation is a crystallization of love, a great encouragement to help us overcome difficult days.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all dear Donors, friends near and far who have trusted, accompanied and shared.
I pray that you and your family will always be safe, healthy, and at peace in mind and body, so that you can continue to sow the seeds of compassion in life. If you’re ever in our beautiful city of Hoi An, please come and visit my homestay and restaurant.
Once again, thank you very much!
Forever grateful,
Hien,, (Coco).
Hi my name is Charlie. I’ve been living in Hoi An in Vietnam for the last nine months with a very good friend of mine., Hien Coco,, she owns a Homestead and restaurant here in Hoi An and over the last few weeks, they’ve had torrential rain from storms and typhoons. Last night The river burst at Banks and flooded most of the beautiful city of Hou An, Including Coco’s home Stay and restaurant. I’m trying to fundraise money for her to help her replace a lot of equipment she’s lost. It’s been a very difficult year for her anyway with a with her restaurant being down in numbers and this is absolutely devastating for her. Any small donation will assist her and would be very much appreciated.
thank you.
just a quick update we’ve had another big storm Sunday night the roads flooded and apparently expecting another big flood in the next day or so we are getting prepared once again
