HHS Class of 2003: Huntington Children's Museum

Tax deductible
It's hard believe it's been two decades since we walked the halls of Huntington High School together. As we approach our 20-year high school reunion, it's a time for reflection, reconnection, and a chance to make a lasting impact on our community. We invite you to join us in a heartfelt endeavor that will not only commemorate our time together but also honor the memory of our beloved classmates who are no longer with us.

We are excited to announce our GoFundMe campaign, "HHS Class of 2003: Honoring Our Classmates - Supporting the Huntington Children's Museum."

Our mission is to rally our class and our community to bring to life the brand-new building for the Huntington Children's Museum, a project that represents not only the bright future of our hometown but also a heartfelt tribute to the classmates we've lost.

Why the Huntington Children's Museum?

The Huntington Children's Museum's vision for a new building represents an extraordinary opportunity to provide our community's children with a vibrant space for learning, exploration, and creativity. It's a place where curiosity will be nurtured, imaginations will be sparked, and young minds will be inspired. By donating to this ambitious project, we are investing in the future of Huntington.

How Can You Help?

Your support can make a significant impact on our campaign's success. Here's how you can get involved:

1. Donate: Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to making the new Huntington Children's Museum building a reality. Donations will go directly to the HCM and be used to cover construction costs, purchase and maintain exhibits, and hire staff.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 for a named yellow Lego block to be displayed at the new building.

Huntington Children's Museum is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Per GoFundMe's policy, PayPal Giving Fund, a 501(c)(3) will send tax receipts for donations contributed to this fund.

2. Reunion Volunteer Project: Join classmates on Saturday, November 4, 10:00am-12:30pm for a private tour of the new museum space, group photo, and cleanup project. Together we'll help ensure the building is pristine and ready for its next phase of development. For those with a creative flair, there will be a fun opportunity to craft upcycled gingerbread houses to support the Huntington's Children's Museum's winter fundraiser. RSVP

3. Memorial Tributes: Consider sharing a personal memory or tribute to the classmates we've lost. Your stories will help us remember them and the lasting impact they had on our lives.

Thank you for your support, and we can't wait to see you at the reunion as we celebrate not only our past but the bright future we can create together!
