My beautiful cousin Vanessa has been in the ICU since 11/25 and is currently in a coma. Her condition is extremely critical. She was diagnosed with a severe brain hematoma, and despite the medical team’s efforts, the swelling has not gone down.

Vanessa is a loving single mother to a wonderful 12-year-old boy. Tragically, her son is now facing the same heartbreak Vanessa experienced at his age — losing a parent far too soon.

As our family prepares for what no family ever wants to face, we are asking for help. We want to ensure Vanessa receives the dignified funeral she deserves. My aunt, who is retired and living solely on SSA, is unable to cover these costs on her own.

We are also hoping to raise funds to help my aunt prepare her home for her grandson and provide him with stability, comfort, and everything he needs during this devastating time.
