Anything Helps

I know this will surprise some of you but in January I had to unexpectedly deliver my child (Not due until April). There was no other choice since I was hospitalized with a life threatening condition that could have taken us away. But God! She is growing and getting stronger but we both continue to struggle with our health. Due to these unforseen circumstances and ongoing challenges I am unable to work as much due to our health issues which has put me in a place where I need to ask for assistance.
