My name is Iman, and I’m a mother of two from the northern Gaza Strip — Basil, 4, and Yamen, just 1 year old.

We are currently living in a small tent after our home was completely destroyed. I’ve lost everything — my house, my livelihood, and any sense of stability or safety. For over a year, my husband, children, and I have endured unimaginable suffering: fear, hunger, displacement, and the trauma of war.

My youngest son, Yamen, was born during this war. He was born with a hole in his back and urgently needs life-saving treatment abroad. Without proper care, his condition could deteriorate quickly.
