Help Taylz and his family through Cancer Battle

Update 2/10/2024 - our first year of cancer included one major surgery, 19 rounds of chemotherapy, 3 rounds of radiation and a few too many hospital stays. It’s been a very mentally challenging year with lots of tears but we have both found strength we never new we had #year2ofthefightcontinues

At 39 weeks pregnant with our second child we sat in the emergency department at the Albury hospital and learnt of the heartbreaking news that Craig has cancer. After multiple scans and tests we found out that it has devastatingly spread. With hardly any warning signs and symptoms presenting to late this news has completely turned our world upside down. The last seven weeks have been an emotionally roller coaster as we adapt to our new normal. 

 

We had two weeks together as a family of four before Craig started his intense fortnightly chemotherapy. With Craig receiving treatment and Kaitlin on maternity leave with newborn Lenny it leaves us both not working. 

Any help would take the financial stress of the situation off us and help with mortgage payments, childcare, bills, groceries , everyday expenses. It would also help make this years Christmas more special and enjoy our first Christmas as a family of four.
