Hey Herscher!

We're raising funds for a new 50-foot flagpole and a large American Flag, including the pole, flag, concrete foundation, electrical hookup, and professional installation.

The Legion Auxiliary has already generously donated $3,400 and the Village will be matching that amount. Our goal is to get the full 50- foot pole installed, but if we don't quite reach that, we'll get the tallest pole and full installation we can afford. Either way, we're getting a proper flag flying in Herscher.

If we raise more than needed, the extra money will go towards landscaping around the site. Any remaining money will be donated to the Legion Community Center.
