The Duncan family is proud to honor our beloved son, brother , nephew and a friend by establishing the 501(c)3 non-for-profit' Hero's with Heart the Sebastian Foundation'. Sebastian was a compassionate and selfless young man known for his generous heart and free spirited soul. His life was like an open book and anyone who knew him saw his passion for giving and helping those in need .Sebastian was deeply committed to promoting equality, and offering loving support, and friendship to all without hesitations. He was always a shoulder to cry on, a loyal friend and someone with a unwavering faith in Christ . Sebastian dedicated himself to fulfilling his purpose through acts of kindness and striving to be a big brother friend and support system to everyone he encountered. We are proud to continue Sebastian's legacy love and service through Hero's with Heart the Sebastián Foundation.
