Hi, we are Max and Adriana - and we are getting married in November!

Adriana has lived here in Australia since January 11th, 2024, immigrating from Colombia. One of the hardest parts of moving to Australia has been the separation from her parents, who are still living in Colombia, over 15,000kms away.

Adriana and Max met in April of 2024 and instantly fell in love. We became engaged on January 11th, 2025! And have been planning our wedding since then.

Adriana's father, Hernando, is unable to work due to having Parkingson's disease. Adriana's mum, Luz, has had to support the family on her own salary. This, added with the rising cost of living, has made travelling a far-fetched dream. Adriana and I are doing everything we can to help her parents come to Australia, but with our own expenses, the cost of the wedding which grows daily, college fees, and more - we don't have anything left to help pay for her parent's flights. And so, we need your help.

Return flights from Santa Marta, where Adriana's parents live, to Adelaide, where the wedding is, cost approximately $5000 per person.

Any donation you are able to make towards helping Hernando and Luz see their daughter for the first time in almost two years at that point - and for Hernando to walk his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day - will be greatly appreciated.
