My name is Arianne. I'm an immigration attorney based out of Colorado, USA. I have been fortunate enough to visit the Hernandez Sanchez family in Nicaragua multiple times. They have hosted me for a total of 8 months. They are my familia. They need us and deserve us, no one should live in poverty and pain forever.

This beautiful, loving family has been impoverished as long as I've known them, but they've never let it stop them. To make matters worse, Gonzalo, the loving head of the family, has been stuck working a low paying job for years, because it’s the only job available in his community.

All they need to liberate themselves from the shackles of hunger and struggle is a new car (approximately $2,000) and a room for the newborn baby (approximately $7,000). I'd like to help in other ways too.

I will be visiting over Thanksgiving. What better way to show thanks to God than by helping a loving, faithful family start a new life. <3
