Imagine if you had to spend a night sleeping on the street.
Now imagine doing this in the dead of winter.
There are homeless youth across the country doing this every night.
But YOU CAN HELP.
Your donation can be the difference between life and death.
This is the third year I'm doing this, last year, through your generosity, we raised a total of $1905!
With these funds we managed to distribute over 30!!!!! COATS, and a mountain of gloves, touques and scarves to 3 different youth shelters.
The YESS shelter in Edmonton , Macdonald Youth Services in Winnipeg, and En Marge Youth Services in Montreal..
This year, I'm hoping, with your help, to do it all again.
Should we exceed the $1500 goal, I may consider adding other cities to that list.
Just to give you an idea of just what your donation buys....$500 will get 10! Yes 10 hooded winter parkas. With $50, I can get around 30-40 pairs of gloves or toques!
So really, every little bit helps.
This year I'm approaching a few suppliers to see if we can negotiate an even better deal... which means....YOUR DOLLARS WILL HELP MORE KIDS!
With your help, I think we can save some lives....please give what you can.
Unfortunately, I am not a registered charity....yet! So I cannot issue receipts for tax purposes:(
As I did last year, photos and receipts of everything purchased using these funds will be made available .
