I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my first cousin, Arjun, who is currently fighting for his life in India.

Arjun is battling a rare and aggressive condition called Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). This is a life-threatening blood disease that has turned his and his family’s world upside down. Following a stem cell transplant, Arjun has been in the ICU for over a month.

His family has already exhausted their savings, spending over 1 Crore Rupees ($120,000 USD approx.) to get him this far. However, the battle isn't over. To continue his life-saving treatment and ICU care, we urgently need to raise an additional ₹40 Lakhs (approx. $48,000 USD).

Time is of the essence. The doctors have indicated that we must secure these funds by March 31st, 2026, to ensure his treatment continues without interruption.

Arjun is more than just a statistic; he is a beloved son, a loyal friend, and a cherished member of our family. We are doing everything in our power to bring him back home, but we cannot do it alone.
