Mother of 4 Needs Urgent Help

My kind friend, a selfless mother of four (including a five month old baby), needs urgent help. She has asked to stay anonymous for now, but please private message me if you need any verification that this IS a real and legitimate campaign.  She has sent me the following message for readers: 

"I’m a mother to 4 small children who has recently had the courage to file for a domestic violence restraining order after 8 years of marriage. The need for the order was to protect my children and I from the constant verbal, emotional and psychological abuse we endured. As well as physical abuse my children endured on a number of instances. It has taken some time for me to gain the courage for a couple of reasons. 1) Fear of what he would do and 2) Fear of how I would be able to take care of myself and the kids. But here I am and I did it. Now comes the hard part. How do I support my children and I with no income and no orders of support just yet? He has already pushed off the hearing by 44 additional days (on top of the original 21 days). That’s 2 months with no support other than having the bills paid, which the court did order for this specific time frame. I will need to move out of the home we rent, and with LA rents being so expensive there’s just no way even with support orders that I will be able to make ends meet. I will not be allowed to move out of LA. He has told me numerous times he will make my life a living hell and I will never be able to leave. So I am reaching out to my community, my friends, my family, for your help. My biggest concern at this time is housing for my children and I. With section 8 assistance closed due to no funds, and HUD supply being so limited, I am forced to find a way to pay $2000+ just for an apartment. Any help you can provide would be so greatly appreciated."
