Hello Everyone!
As some of you may know, Kevin was in the hospital for 2 weeks. It’s been some tough and very overwhelming 2 weeks for him and his family.
What started off as a small bowel obstruction turned into a diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei (aka “jelly belly” a rare intestinal cancer). He went through HIPEC chemo, 3 surgeries, ICU, oncology, persistent high-grade fevers, and what seemed like unending days of intense abdominal pain and uncertainty.
However, through the glory of God and with all your prayers, we got amazing news that the pathology report showed no cancer cells!!! Even with this great news, Kevin is still recovering from the chemo and regaining back his strength to be himself again - physically and mentally.
At the moment, Kevin doesn’t have any health insurance and has to pay out of pocket. His family and I thought this would be a great way to start saving up for when the medical bills start flowing in. Anything helps & we want to thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts! Happy Holidays!!
