Help Jefferson Ave Families Rebuild

Help them Rebuild!
This is the official and only GoFundMe campaign for this cause started by the 600 Jefferson Avenue Block Association.

On Monday, March 5, 2018, at approximately 1:00 am a huge fire suddenly erupted at 667 Jefferson Avenue, the home of our longtime neighbors. This fire spread rapidly to the neighboring homes of 665 Jefferson, and  669 Jefferson. In what seemed like an instant, the lives' of three families were changed; they lost their homes, personal possessions and precious, irreplaceable mementos, some spanning three generations.
While our hearts are heavy and filled with great sadness, at the same time we are grateful that no lives were lost.  The cause of the fire is suspected to have been electrical.   Electrical fires spread very, very rapidly.
The firefighters were from Firehouse 111, 214, Rescue 2 and Engine 222.  At least five of them were injured with one seriously injured when the burning cornice fell on him.  We ask for your prayers on behalf of all the victims of this fire.
We want to help our neighbors rebuild and come back home!  Please, we ask for your financial support to assist our friends during their time of great need.   All funds collected will be evenly distributed to the families.
Thank you in advance for love and support...
