Hey Everyone

My name is Molly.

I’m a Mental Health Support Worker, I’m a Survivor and Advocate for Domestic Violence and Family Violence Awareness. I’m also a little bit of a Hot Mess Mummy needing something else to do to keep my mind busy.. so I came up with “She Rebuilds - Care Packages”

because there’s a lot of things that people don’t like to talk about or even ask for help with...

The moment a woman leaves everything behind — her home, her safety, her normal life — and walks into the unknown with nothing but survival mode switched on and what she can carry.

Sometimes that looks like-

No toothbrush.

No clean clothes.

Nothing.

Just, Escaping…

That’s where “She Rebuilds” begins.

She Unleashed (our founding business) has a goal of creating 200 care packs for women who are:

Escaping domestic violence

‍♀️Experiencing homelessness

Admitted into mental health wards

Rebuilding their lives from rock bottom

‍♀️ Experiencing Family Court

The list unfortunately goes on..

Each pack (valued at $25) will include essentials like:

Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, sanitary items)

Comfort items (small self-care products, colouring books)

✍️A handwritten affirmation or note of support

‍♀️Practical basics to restore dignity and routine

These aren’t luxuries.

They’re the first step back to feeling human again. Because if you’ve been there, you’ll know.

When someone is at their lowest, it’s not just about survival — it’s about dignity.

A small pack can:

Restore confidence

Provide immediate relief

‍♂️ Remind someone they are not alone

And sometimes… that’s the difference between giving up and trying again

I’ve now got a whole new girl gang who have similar horrible stories of have friends and family experiencing the same - but they’re willing to help.
