Helping Ukrainian Couple

Hi, my name is Martha. I have recently taken in a couple from Ukraine. She is 8+ months pregnant. We are getting all the baby things she'll need and starting to outfit them with furnishings etc when they move to their own place, but he really needs a car. Inventory of used cars is very limited.
